1. First and foremost, this is a game. Games are intended to be FUN. Useless personal drama can be avoided, should be avoided, and will result in termination of character. Emotional, psychological, and social safety of players are just as important as physical safety. All man is created equal, meaning Mankind as a whole. Mistreating anyone is NOT acceptable. Also, if a Noob needs help, either help them or POLITELY decline. You were new once too.
2. This is a game that uses a storytelling format. Please make an attempt at using proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. We all make mistakes, some more than others, and that is always acceptable, but please make an effort. Adaptees from T1 should note that taking up ten pages to describe simple actions such as entering a room or sitting down is absurd and unwelcome. Detail is nice but a five page sentence is horrific to attempt to read. It should also be noted that this is a non-numerical game, meaning no HP, no MP, just common sense storytelling.
3. This is similar to T1 in many ways. Actions may follow this example:
(I stick the sword into ur face and you die= Void action)
(I lunge the sword toward your face= Legit action)
Like T1, telling someone they die with your action is null and void, because it doesn’t give the other player a chance to defend themselves. In short, you only control your own character, never someone else’s.
The ability to defend yourself does NOT make you invincible or immortal. Realistically, things happen to interfere with what we’re attempting to accomplish, such as terrain, or clumsy footing. A legitimate defense is as follows:
(As you lunge toward my face, I move aside and your sword rips off my ear)
You have survived the attack, but, like real life sometimes is, you weren’t fast enough. The result is that you were maimed.
